At CodingSquare, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our clients. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds:

1. Eligibility:

   – Refunds will only be considered within 7 days of the initial payment.

   – Refunds are applicable only if CodingSquare is unable to provide a suitable trainer for the course.

2. Grounds for Refund:

   – Refunds will not be granted for reasons related to personal preferences or changes in circumstances.

   – Refunds are solely applicable if CodingSquare fails to assign a qualified trainer for the specified course.

3. Refund Process:

   – To request a refund, clients must submit a written request within 7 days of the payment date, citing the reason for the refund.

   – Upon receiving the request, CodingSquare will review the circumstances and determine eligibility for a refund.

   – If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria, CodingSquare will process a partial refund of the paid amount.

4. Refund Amount:

   – A processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs.

5. Non-Applicability:

   – Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions or for any reasons other than the inability to provide a trainer or sessions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 6-7 of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
